摘要： The present invention relates to a golf training aid (1) comprising a frame (10), having retaining means (28), and a bar (40) retained by the retaining means (28) so that in use the bar can move only in a fixed plane. The bar is arranged to be coupled to a user in such a way that in use the user' s shoulders are constrained to move in or parallel to the fixed plane. This allows a user to correctly learn a pendulum putting stroke.
