摘要： The present invention relates to stable lip compositions which resist transfer upon subjecting the wearer to routine or daily activities. Said compositions in the form of a lipstick contain a sufficiently high level of silicone oils to impart good feel upon application. Said sticks are additionally formulated to resist breakage even when exposed to the rigors of manufacture, retail sale, and daily use by the consumer.
