摘要:
A process which produces a compact granular detergent composition directly from mid-chain branched surfactants and other starting detergent ingredients is disclosed. The mid-chain branched surfactants are mid-chain branched primary alkyl sulfate surfactants and mid-chain branched primary alkyl alkoxylated sulfate surfactants having an average of greater than 14.5 carbon atoms. The process involves mixing a surfactant paste and drying detergent ingredients, spray drying the resulting slurry, compacting the spray dried granules, grinding and coating the granules to form the finished detergent product.
摘要:
A process for continuously preparing detergent agglomerates comprising the steps of continuously mixing a liquid binder comprising of a mixture of surfactants and a copolymer of epichlorohydrin and a cyclic amine moiety and dry detergent materials into a high speed mixer/densifier to obtain detergent agglomerates. The ratio of the liquid binder to the dry detergent material is from about 1:10 to about 10:1, and the dry detergent materials comprise modified carboxy methyl cellulose. The agglomerates are then optionally mixed in a moderate speed mixer/densifier to further densify them. Finally, the detergent agglomerates are dried so as to increase their density.
摘要:
The present invention provides a detergent granule and tablets which comprises an anionic surfactant system which comprises an anionic sulphate surfactant and/or an anionic sulphonate surfactant and other detergent active ingredients, the granule comprising at least a first and a second particulate component and optionally a binding agent, characterised in that the ratio of anionic sulphate surfactant to anionic sulphonate surfactant in the particulate components and in the optional binding agent is less than 1:4 or more than 4:1, preferably even less than 1:5 or more than 5:1. The invention also relates to specific granules comprising restricted degree of mixing of anionic sulphonate surfactant and zeolite, anionic sulphate surfactant and carbonate salts and/or restricted degree of mixing of polymeric builder and anionic surfactant, in particular sulphate surfactants.
