摘要： A combustion appliance which is provided with a combustion wick, which makes use of capillarity to suck up a liquid fuel for combustion, and easily functions to perform automatic combustion shut-off after combustion over a predetermined duration. A combustion wick (6) for sucking up a liquid fuel by capillarity with a suction portion, and burning the liquid fuel at a combustion portion, is divided at a midpoint into a combustion portion side divided section (6A) and a suction portion side divided section (6B), one of which can be moved into contact with and away from the other of the sections. When both sections contact each other, the fuel is supplied from the suction portion side divided section (6B) to the combustion portion side divided section (6A), and as both sections separate from each other, supplying of the fuel is shut off to limit a duration of combustion.

摘要： A portable heating apparatus comprising a burner (10) disposed at the bottom portion of a combustion cylindrical body (2), a heating container (6) containing substance that is heated when in use and placed on the top portion of the combustion cylindrical body, a fuel tank (12) for storing fuel gas to be supplied to the burner, and ignition means (8) having an ignition lever (21) for operating the burner for ignition, wherein a safety device for preventing heating of the heating container in a sealed state, a combustion safety device for preventing discharge of gas at the time of flame failure, and a tubling safety device for automatically shutting off flame when the apparatus is tumbled are provided thereon with simple constructions.

摘要： A portable heater comprises: a cylindrical outer case (2) having an open top end; a heating vessel (6) disposed in the upper inner side of the outer case (2) and formed of a main body (6c) of a cylindrical heat-resistant vessel housed in and fixed to the outer case (2) with a space formed for allowing combustion gas to rise therebetween and having on the top face thereof a lid (6b) provided with a tab (6a) for opening the lid; a burner (3) provided with an igniting means (8) and housed in and fixed to the lower inner side of the outer case (2), for heating the heating vessel (6); and a fuel tank (4) fixed to the lower inner side of the outer case (2), for supplying fuel to the burner (3). The heating vessel (6) contains a substance to be heated during use, and the outer case (2) is provided with an air port (2a) for supplying external air to the burner (3). With this arrangement, the substance in the heating vessel can be easily cooked as it is at any place without taken out by opening the lid, and there is provided a heating means with high combustion efficiency, capable of heating a drink as it is kept in the vessel at any place.
