摘要: A superconductive wire having a metallic superconductive multi-core filament in a matrix metal of a copper alloy. The alloy contains at least one of predetermined elements, and its resistivity (Z) at room temperature, as defined by a predetermined calculation formula based on the chemical composition of the alloy, is in a range of 2 x 10-8 Φm « Z « 65 x 10-8 Φm and the interval (L) between the filaments is L » 0.0625 x 1/XZ nm. The above constitution helps improve composite machinability, decrease AC loss, and increase critical current density (Jc).
