    摘要: The present invention relates to an electromagnetic relay that comprises a magnetic system formed by an excitation coil (1), a core (1a) and an armature (2). A contact system further includes fixed contacts (11, 12) as well as mobile contacts (4) provided with connection members (6, 7, 8) which are anchored in a base body (13). Connection tracks (14, 14a, 15, 16) for the fixed and mobile contacts are further imbedded in the base body (13). Electronic circuit components (17; 22) are also provided for realising means for monitoring and controlling the operation condition of the relay, wherein said components are arranged on the base body (13) and are connected to the magnetic system or to the contact system through printed circuits. The printed circuits are defined by the connection tracks (14, 14a, 15, 16) for the fixed and mobile contacts.

    摘要: The invention relates to a relay comprising a base element (27), a coil (1), a core element (3), an armature (10) and a contact system. The contact spring (16), which is arc-shaped, is configured and positioned in relation to the armature (10) in such a way that it is subjected to uniform, low mechanical stress. As a result a material can be used for the contact spring (16) which presents good electric conductivity, thus lowering the contact resistance of the relay. The contact spring (16) and armature (10) are arranged in such a way that a relay having a compact structure can be obtained.

    摘要: The invention relates to a magnet system forming part of a relay characterized by especially low-noise switching. The magnet system comprises a core unit (1), an armature (6) and a coil which is not illustrated. The armature (6) is preloaded in an open position. Low-noise switching is achieved because the armature (6) is shaped in such a way that the front end of the armature pole face, as seen in the direction of closure, is substantially perpendicular to a connecting line (16) leading to the locating edge (12). Moreover, when the armature is attracted (6) the core pole face (9) is at least approximately parallel to the armature pole face (8). The system provided for in the invention requires no additional noise-reduction parts and thus has a very simple and compact structure.
