摘要: Conventional fork-type autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) have been suited to handle pallets and are typically designed with two forks. Such AMRs are very bulky in nature and specifically designed for a cart handling application, and usually have large openings and less suitable for lifting roller carts. Present disclosure provides a fork assembly for AMRs/Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) for transporting roller cages/carts within warehouses. The fork assembly when integrated with AMR enables performing various tasks. More specifically, the fork assembly includes a first plate and a second plate. The fork assembly further include roller movement enabler blocks that are driven by respective fork motors. Movement of the roller movement enabler blocks enable rolling of rollers on respective roller guides within tapered region thereby enable lowering and rising of the second plate with reference to the first plate for lifting a payload and movement thereof to a desired location.

摘要: State of the art track width adjustment mechanism fail to support track width adjustment while vehicle is in motion. They also require manual intervention, which causes inconvenience. The disclosure herein generally relates to wheel track adjustment, and, more particularly, to a changeable wheel track mechanism for track width adjustment (referred to as TWA mechanism). The TWA mechanism includes a steer and drive unit, a plurality of links, and a sliding unit. The TWA mechanism allows movement of a wheel in inward and outward directions, causing the track width adjustment. The track width is achieved by changing the wheel position to be at a wider position, or a narrower position, or any intermediate position. The TWA mechanism may be associated with any vehicle for which the track width adjustment is to be achieved.

摘要: Conventionally, cleaning of objects has been proposed by use of gloves wherein objects need to be pre-washed manually. However, the level of cleaning is not spotless. Electric scrubbers have also been proposed in solving scrubbing problem but are not efficient. Embodiment of the present disclosure provide a glove that integrates a detachable power-driven scrubber. The power-driven scrubber is configured to controllably rotate in one or more directions based on an activation of a sensor to clean an object. The glove further includes sensing mechanisms for controlled flow of water discharge and controlled flow of cleansing fluid dispense that enables the detachable power-driven scrubber to clean the object. Rotation of the detachable power-driven scrubber is controlled and driven by a drive shaft that transmits rotary motion/torque generated by a motor coupled thereto. A scrubber locking strap is provided on the glove for lock and release of the detachable power-driven scrubber accordingly.
