摘要: The present invention relates to a drug delivery device (1) with a housing comprising a first housing portion (240) with a bearing element (241) for supporting a neck or head portion of the reservoir (210) and a second housing portion (250) with an elastic contact element (251) for supporting an end of the reservoir (210) which is opposite the neck or head portion. The first and second housing portion (240, 250) are connectable to each other to an assembled state in which the first and second housing portion (240, 250) form a cavity for accommodating the reservoir (210), wherein the bearing element (241) and the elastic contact element (251) each define a limitation of the cavity in a longitudinal direction of the cavity to hold the reservoir (210) free of play inside the cavity. The elastic contact element (251) is injection molded onto a surface of a body of the second housing portion (250).

A novel design of a cannula assembly uses a sealing sleeve to ensure a fluid-tight slidable connection between the soft cannula and the rigid cannula with improved sealing pressure while allowing damage-free, cost-effective manufacturing.
