    摘要: One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a method for transmitting a random access preamble in a transmitting sub-frame at a terminal device. The method comprises: creating a random access preamble such that it comprises a plurality of random access sequences; dividing the plurality of random access sequences into a number N c of groups, each of groups including two or more random access sequences; performing code division multiplexing with respect to the groups of the plurality of random access sequences in a frequency domain, based on an orthogonal cover code selected for the terminal device from a pre-defined code set; and transforming signals after the code division multiplexing into the time domain. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there are provided corresponding methods and devices.

    摘要: The embodiments disclose a method and BS to utilize a new Special Sub-Frame (SSF) in a legacy Time Division Duplex (TDD) cellular network, the BS is enabled to support the new SSF, the method notifies one or more User Equipments (UEs) served by the BS of a legacy SSF configuration, which actually is the corresponding new SSF configuration; schedules a downlink transmission including the new SSF from the BS to at least one of the one or more UEs respectively and performing the scheduled downlink transmission to the respective UE; and when receiving a response in a uplink transmission from the UE in response to the scheduled downlink transmission, determines that the UE is enabled to support the new SSF and thus communicating with the UE by means of the new SSF.
