According to the embodiments of this application, the length of the first bit-rate-control-unit data frame can be flexibly set, and the first target bit rate is adjusted according to an actual coding case of the previous bit-rate-control-unit data frame, so that after the first bit-rate-control-unit is coded according to the adjusted first target bit rate, a requirement for a stable bit rate in any duration, particularly, in a short time, is satisfied.

    摘要: This application provides an intra frame bit rate allocation method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method includes: pre-encoding a current frame of picture when the current frame of picture is an intra frame in a specified frame sequence, the pre-encoding including encoding the current frame of picture into an intra frame; calculating a corresponding pre-encoding cost; and allocating an intra frame bit rate according to the pre-encoding cost, the allocated intra frame bit rate being positively correlated with the pre-encoding cost. The pre-encoding cost is obtained by pre-encoding the current frame of picture, and the pre-encoding includes encoding the current frame of picture into the intra frame. If the pre-encoding cost is high, it indicates that a bit rate required by the intra frame for reaching same video quality is high. Therefore, the intra frame bit rate allocated according to the pre-encoding cost can reflect an actual scenario of a picture of the current frame of picture, and accuracy of the allocated intra frame bit rate is high, thereby improving picture quality of video encoding.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method and device for processing video data. The method comprises: an encoding end encoding acquired original video data according to Hierarchical P-frame Prediction (HPP) to obtain an HPP code stream; conducting redundant encoding on the HPP code stream according to forward error correction (FEC) encoding, wherein the number of redundant packets of each frame in the HPP code stream progressively decreases according to the time layer where each frame is located in the HPP in the order of lowest to highest; and finally sending each frame in the HPP code stream after the redundant encoding to a decoding end in sequence. The present application combines an HPP encoding structure and FEC redundant encoding, and adds a redundant packet to a HPP code stream encoded according to the HPP encoding structure. In this way, even though some packet loss occurs during data transmission, the decoding end can still perform lost packet recovery through the redundant packet, greatly improving the success rate of decoding, and reducing the stutter time of video.
