摘要: A system and method to apply heat to an aircraft surface are disclosed. The composite aircraft structure comprises a base comprising a plurality of resin impregnated plies 212,214,216,218,220,222), heating layer (230) adjacent the base, wherein the heating layer com prises at least one heater, an adhesive layer (240a, 240b) adjacent the heating layer, a lightning protection layer (250) adjacent the heating layer, and an exterior surface layer (260) adjacent the lightning protection layer.
