The first and second arm receiving portions (26) are connected by a link member (40). The connection rod (30) is passed through the first and second holes (H). When the first arm receiving portion (26) is in the standby state, the rod retaining portion (26b) supports the lower end of the connection rod within the first guide space (K). When the first arm receiving portion (26) rotates from the standby state, the rod retaining portion (26b) rotates together with the first arm receiving portion (26), and allows the connection rod (30) to pass through the second hole (H) so that the connection rod (30) is allowed to be connected to the connection arm (7) inserted into the first guide space (K) or the second guide space (K).
