摘要: A refill pouch (10) produced by forming a base material film, made of a soft packaging material such as resin film, into a bag such that a nozzle section (16) for taking out the contents is formed projecting obliquely upward at a corner of a body section (11). Clogging of a pouring opening (16a) when the contents are taken out is prevented by a simpler structure. To facilitate transfer of the contents to another container such as a plastic bottle and a glass bottle, a ridge line (20) is formed on a surface of the base material film when the film is pressed from the inside by the contents in the pouch. In order that the ridge line (20) is formed guided along the center line (C) of the nozzle (16), a ridge guide section (17) is formed at a base section (16b) of the nozzle (16).

摘要: Provided is a branch type standing pouch in which an opened nozzle can easily be stood without necessity of special members or processes, and in addition, the opened nozzle can stably be maintained so that contents thereof can easily be poured out. The branch type standing pouch comprises: a pouch front side member including a pouring-out nozzle backside portion which constitutes a backside of a pouring-out nozzle by being folded back and a pouch body front side portion continuous therewith; a pouch backside member constituting a backside of the pouch body; a pouring-out nozzle front side member; and a bottom member, wherein: the pouch front side member, the pouch backside member, the pouring-out nozzle front side member, and the bottom member being respectively formed of plastic film and heat-sealed to each other so that a pouring-out nozzle is formed in a branched manner from a top of a pouch body. In this pouch, two symmetrical nozzle reinforcing areas are formed on both sides of a first protrusion as a result of a provision of the first protrusion at a central upper portion of the pouch front side member, extending from a center of the pouring-out nozzle backside portion to a central upper portion of the pouch body front side portion beyond a fold-back portion, and of a provision of two symmetrical second protrusions on both the sides of the first protrusion, a third protrusion extending in a longitudinal direction of the nozzle is provided at a center of the pouring-out nozzle front side member, a fourth protrusion is provided on an extension line from the third protrusion at a central upper portion of the pouch backside member. As a result, the branch type standing pouch in which the pouring-out nozzle can be fixed upright at a time of opening is obtained.

摘要: A branch type standing pouch in which an unsealed nozzle can be erected easily without requiring any special member or process, and the content can be extracted easily while holding the unsealed nozzle stably. A pouch surface material having an extraction nozzle backside portion composed of a plastic film and becoming the extraction nozzle backside when it is folded back and a pouch body surface portion composed of a plastic film and continuous thereto, a pouch backside material composing the pouch body backside, an extraction nozzle surface material, and a bottom member are heat sealed to constitute a branch type standing pouch where the extraction nozzle is branched from the top of the pouch body. In this pouch, two nozzle reinforcing surfaces are formed laterally symmetrically on the opposite sides of a first protrusion by providing, above the center of the pouch surface material, the first protrusion extending from the center of the extraction nozzle backside portion over the fold back portion to above the center of the pouch body surface portion, and two second protrusions laterally symmetrically formed on the opposite sides of a first protrusion. Furthermore, a third protrusion extending in the nozzle longitudinal direction is provided in the center of the extraction nozzle surface material, and a fourth protrusion is provided on the extension of the third protrusion above the center of the pouch backside material, whereby a branch type standing pouch is obtained in which the extraction nozzle can be secured upright at the time of unsealing.

摘要: An induction heating body 3 attached to an inner bottom surface 21 of a non-magnetic (or non-conductive) container body 2 in which heat is generated by eddy current induced by a high-frequency magnetic field has rising parts 32 provided along the outer periphery of a flat surface part 31. One or two or more of the rising parts 32 are partially cut, and the outer periphery of the flat surface part 31 at a part in which the rising part 32 is cut are allowed to serve as an open edge 32. With this configuration, a part which is selectively broken under specific conditions such as non-water heating is provided in the induction heating body 3 to enhance safety, and heating efficiency is prevented from being lowered in normal use. By effectively eliminating breakage by heat of the container main body 2, an induction heating cooking container is provided which enables cooking to be performed without problems and can be used easily.
