    摘要: A first head (61) connected to a shift and select shaft (20) via a torsion spring (64) rotates a second head (62) supported by a third-gear/fourth-gear fork shaft (52) pursuant to a select operation of a gear stick upon a reverse shift operation, a rotation force of the second head (62) is transmitted to a third head (63) integrally formed with a fifth-gear/sixth-gear fork shaft (53), and as a result thereof, the fifth-gear/sixth-gear fork shaft (53) moves in a direction parallel to the axis thereof. Consequently, a synchromesh mechanism operates and rotation of an input shaft is slowed. In a case wherein an operation speed of the gear stick is high, an amount of rotation of the shift and select shaft (20) is absorbed by the torsion spring (64), reducing an operation load.
