    摘要: The present invention is provided with a bread making method and the support automatic bread maker and the ingredient box. The making method of bread is as followed: put the bread ingredient with flour and baking powder according to proper formula into the accommodating room of the ingredient box and packaged; then place the ingredient box faced down in the hanging rack above the baking pan inside the automatic bread maker, operate the bread maker to make the sawtooth blade of the hanging rack pierced the film of the ingredient box and the bread ingredient inside fell down into the baking pan, then water the baking pan; close the housing of the automatic bread maker and turn on the baking pan, the bread ingredient is processed with working dough of mixing, stirring and kneading; get the baking pan out, and remove the bread of baked and shaped. The method much saves the prepare time of the bread ingredient and making it a standardization module, and it prevents the error of the fermentation of the bread, and the method is simplified with low fault rate of the home made bread.

An optical signal transmitting lamp (151) and an optical signal receiver (152) are disposed on the transmitting plate (150). A through hole (141) perpendicular to an axis and running through the lower rotating shaft is disposed on the lower rotating shaft (140). The receiver (152) is in signal connection with the power member (110). The transmitting lamp (151) and the receiver (152) are respectively located at two sides of the lower rotating shaft (140). The receiver (152) is in signal connection with the power member (110). The transmitting lamp (151) and the receiver (152) are respectively located at two sides of the lower rotating shaft (140), and have positions corresponding to the through hole (141). The structure has the following advantages: when the lower rotating shaft rotates to a corresponding angle, an optical signal can be irradiated on the receiver through the through hole, so as to control the motor to implement automatic positioning.
