摘要: An ultrasonic cleaning system comprises a cleaning tank containing a cleaning liquid, a moving and holding device configured to move a carrier into the cleaning tank and hold the carrier in the cleaning tank, and an ultrasonic wave generator mounted in the cleaning tank. A plurality of fiber optic ferrules are mounted on the carrier and are immersed in the cleaning liquid when the moving and holding device holds the carrier in the cleaning tank. The ultrasonic wave generator is adapted to emit an ultrasonic wave into the cleaning liquid to clean the fiber optical ferrules immersed in the cleaning liquid.

摘要: An integrated equipment for processing a plurality of fiber optic ferrules comprises a polishing system, a ferrule cleaning system, a drying system, a wiping system, and a robot system. The polishing system polishes a plurality of front end faces of the plurality of fiber optic ferrules mounted on a carrier. The ferrule cleaning system cleans the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the fiber optic ferrules have been polished. The drying system dries the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules have been cleaned. The wiping system wipes the front end faces of the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules have been dried. The robot system transfers the carrier to the polishing system, the ferrule cleaning system, the drying system, and the wiping system.

摘要: A system for determining a mounting state of a plurality of pins protruding from a mounting surface of an insulating housing of an electrical connector comprises an image capturing device and an identifying device. The image capturing device is adapted to capture an image of a detected pin of the plurality of pins of the electrical connector. The image capturing device captures the image in a capturing direction which is at an acute angle with respect to an extending direction of an ideal pin protruding perpendicularly from the mounting surface. The identifying device is adapted to identify whether or not the detected pin in the image is within a predetermined region of the image. The identifying device determines the mounting state of the detected pin as unqualified when the detected pin in the captured image extends beyond the predetermined region.

摘要: An automatic calibration method for a robot system comprises providing a ball-rod member including a connection rod and a sphere connected to a first end of the connection rod, fixing an opposite second end of the connection rod to an end execution tool mounted on a flange of a robot, and controlling the robot to move a center of the sphere to a same target point in a plurality of different poses under the guidance of a vision sensor. A transformation matrix of the center of the sphere with respect to a center of the flange is calculated based on pose data of the robot at the same target point. Thereby, conditions of the product on the actual production line may be simulated and reproduced in the laboratory. As a result, the thickness detection experiment platform may be debugged offline in the laboratory without needing of debugging online. Thus, normal production of the actual production line is not affected, and debugging of the thickness detection experiment platform becomes easier.

In the present disclosure, since the thickness of the product may be detected online by the online thickness detection platform, the thickness of the product may be monitored in real-time. Once the thickness of the product exceeds an allowed value range, it may alarm and stop production of the product in time. Thereby, it may avoid producing a large number of unqualified products with a thickness out of the allowed value range and waste is prevented.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a tensioning device for tensioning a wire (10). The tensioning device includes:a frame body (100); a slider (300) slidably mounted onto the frame body (100); a roller (400) rotatably mounted onto the slider (300) and configured to tension the wire (10) thereon; and a spring (600) compressed between the slider (300) and the frame body (100). The spring (600) pushes the slider (300) to move in a direction to tension the wire (10) to increase a tension force on the wire (10) when the tension force on the wire (10) is less than a predetermined minimum tension force; the slider (300) will move in a direction to loosen the wire (10) against the pushing of the spring (600) to reduce the tension force on the wire (10) when the tension force on the wire (10) is greater than a predetermined maximum tension force. Therefore, the tension force on the wire (10) can be controlled within a reasonable range, effectively avoiding the problem that the wire (10) cannot be transported result from the wire (10) slipping on the roller (400) due to a too small tension force or the wire (10) being pulled to be broken due to an excessive tension force, thereby ensuring a normal transportation of the wire (10).
