摘要： An apparatus for tying a wire (46) around one or more objects (2) has means for passing said wire in a loop around the objects and means for twisting the ends of said loop together. The twisting means includes at least one gripping means (32) for gripping the wire so that the wire does not slip therethrough. The apparatus also comprises means (54) for applying a biasing force between the twisting means and an object (2) being tied such that as the wire (46) is twisted the twisting means is drawn towards the object (2) against the biasing force.
