The method for its manufacture includes the steps of creating a first pattern half (10) having one or more first self-locating features (12); creating a second pattern half (16) having one or more second self-locating features (18); providing one or more cores (14); and assembling the pattern (20) by engaging the one or more first self-locating features (12) and the one or more second self-locating features (18) about the one or more cores (14).
