摘要： A battery fire prevention device includes a lithium battery, a container, and a porous material. The container houses the lithium battery and has an outwardly interfacing wall with an aperture which extends therethrough to vent outgassed battery constituents generally away therefrom. The porous material is disposed within the container between the aperture and the battery. The porous material is capable of trapping lithium particulates outgassed from the lithium battery within the container.
