摘要： The invention provides analogues of the cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript peptide (CARTp) which are anorexigenic compounds that lower food intake and ameliorate metabolic parameters connected with obesity, as well as improve neurodegeneration in brain upon peripheral administration. The synthesis of these lipidized peptides is described, as well as their pharmacological effects in vitro and in vivo.
