摘要: The present invention relates to a method (100) for producing a three-dimensional porous structure, comprising building (101) a three-dimensional porous green body using 3D printing, in a layered fashion from a paste comprising a carrier material comprising an inorganic material, a binder material and a solvent, and drying (102) the three-dimensional porous green body, thereby obtaining the three-dimensional porous structure, wherein drying (102) the three-dimensional porous green body comprises passing a feed of a first supercritical fluid through the pores of the three-dimensional green body, thereby removing the solvent from the three-dimensional green body. Catalytically active metal is deposited on 3D-printed support using supercritical carbon dioxide, for example iron or palladium on alumina or cobalt on silica or graphene. The invention further relates to a three-dimensional porous structure comprising an inorganic material comprising interconnected pores and a catalytically active material deposited on at least part of a surface of the pores in the form of grains having an average grain size of at most 1 µm, as determined by EDX.
