The roll cover preferably comprises a matrix which is formed from the at least one polymer, wherein particles made from a polymer which has partly fluorinated or perfluorinated groups are embedded into the matrix, wherein at least part of the particles are connected to the matrix polymer directly or covalently via a spacer group.
