The control body (3) engages into the passage and can be moved along an axis (6) between an open position and a closed position in order to control the fluid flow in the passage. According to the invention, the seal system is modified so as to be simpler to assemble and ensure a damage-free operation. For this purpose, a seal system is proposed which is characterized in that the valve unit (8) is designed in at least two parts, wherein a seal element (17) is arranged between the parts (3, 18, 25) of the valve unit (8), and the valve seat ring (25) has a sealing surface (12).
