摘要: The invention relates to a torque measuring system in a vehicle transmission comprising a clutch assembly having a two part, rotatable torque transmitting member, the two parts of said member being angularly movable relative to one another against the compression of at least one damper spring pack (114), and an actuator (121) with a non rotatable cylinder for controlling the clutch. A device for radiating and receiving wave energy is arranged to irradiate said damper spring pack in order to receive a reflected modulation signal proportional to the current resonance frequency of said damper spring pack, and where said modulation signal is arranged to be converted to a torque value by a signal processing device, which torque value corresponds to the actual torque over said clutch.

摘要: Method for verifying an engine torque estimation, comprising the steps of estimating the engine torque based on the amount of fuel injected into the engine, where the engine torque is obtained from a fuel injection table, estimating a first vehicle weight value by a calculation based on acceleration of the vehicle and the estimated engine torque, estimating an auxiliary brake torque by using an auxiliary brake table, estimating a second vehicle weight value by a calculation based on the estimated auxiliary brake torque, and comparing the first vehicle weight value with the second vehicle weight value. The advantage of the invention is that it is possible to detect if an actual engine torque value deviates from the original engine torque value of a vehicle without measuring the engine torque with a separate torque sensor.
