    摘要: The method of active control of slide bearing vibrations using piezo actuators, the function of which is illustrated by a block diagram in the Fig. 1, is designed so that the actual positions y1 and V2 of the shaft 2 is measured in two mutually perpendicular directions using the first and the second proximity sensor 3 and 4 in relation to the bearing body which are subtracted from the first desired position y1,SP and the second desired position y2,SP, wherein the results are the first and the second control deviation e1 and e2 which are an entry for two-parameter position controller 12 and two tunable bandpass filters of the second order of which the pass frequency fw is derived from the fR rotation frequency of the shaft 2 which is measured by a sensor 19 , wherein the outputs of two-parameter controller 12 and both tunable bandpass filters 13 and 14 in accumulators summed as the first and the second manipulating variable ui and U2 and implemented as voltage to the two voltage amplifiers 17 and 18 , which connect the first and the second piezo actuator 5 and 6 operating in two mutually perpendicular directions on the movable slide bearing case 1 , inside which is arranged the said shaft 2 .
