To provide a design which is easy to use and provides the best gripping, the invention proposes that the central hollow is in a core section (6) with a contoured outer surface (11) on which a jacket is injection-moulded. The recesses (8) resulting from the contouring of the outer surface (11) are filled with a softer plastic until a roughly circular cross-sectional shape is obtained.
