    摘要： A hair trimmer or other attachment (10) can be secured to a conventional hair clipper (12). The attachment (10) has a stationary blade (132) and a moving blade (130) that cut hair when the moving blade (130) reciprocates. The moving blade (130) of the attachment (10) is driven by a moving blade (18) of the hair clipper (12), which also reciprocates. The attachment (10) has a housing (122) which secures the attachment (10) to the stationary blade (16) or other part of the hair clipper (12). A drive member (124) engages the moving blade (18) of the hair clipper (12) when the attachment (10) is secured to the hair clipper (12), and the drive member (124) in turn drives the moving blade (130) of the hair trimmer attachment (10) to cut hair. The attachment (10) can be easily detached so that the hair clipper blades (16,18) can be used to cut hair in the usual manner.

The attachment (10) is stored in a recess (21) in the housing (14) when not in use.
