The piston manufacturing method includes: coating a top surface of a piston base (1) using a magnetron injection method, so as to form a metal layer (2), where the metal layer (2) is a composite metal layer (2) made of aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide; and carrying out an electrochemical reaction on the metal layer (2) using a micro-arc oxidation method, so as to form a ceramic layer (3), where the ceramic layer (3) has a porous structure.

The piston includes a piston base (100), a porous function layer (101), a micropore filling layer (102), and a closing layer (103). The porous function layer (101) is disposed on a top surface of the piston base (100). The micropore filling layer (102) is disposed on a top surface of the porous function layer (101). The diameter of a pore in the micropore filling layer (102) is smaller than the diameter of a pore in the porous function layer (101). The closing layer (103) is disposed on a top surface of the micropore filling layer (102) and configured to partially block the pores in the micropore filling layer (102).
