摘要: The invention relates to a means for removing coating layers from surfaces, particularly for removing water-based surface coatings, comprising the following components: a) An organic solvent selected from one of the following groups (i) ethylene glycol ether; polyethylene glycol ether, in particular diethylene glycol ether; ethylene glycol ester; propylene glycol ether; and dipropylene glycol ether; (ii) a monocyclic monoterpene; (iii) amino-methyl-propanol; (iv) methoxy-methyl-butanol; (v) dibasic ester; (vi) carbonic acid ester; (vii) gamma-butyrolactone; (viii) alkyl amides; or mixtures thereof; b) a wetting agent that is different from component a), whose proportion of the total means is in the range of 0.01-0.20 wt. %; c) a surfactant that is different from component a), which presses the surface tension of water to below 45 mN/m; d) a complexing agent that is different from component a); and e) water.

摘要: The invention relates to a cleaning agent containing the following components: a) at least one negatively charged organic macromolecule; b) at least one non-ionic, anionic, cationic or amphoteric wetting agent; and c) at least one non-ionic, anionic, cationic or amphoteric emulsifier for the at least one wetting agent. The non-ionic wetting agent is an acetyl diol or a polydimethyl siloxane. The anionic wetting agent is an anionic perfluoroalkyl polymer or an alkyl sulfosuccinate. The cationic wetting agent is a cationic perfluoroalkyl copolymer. The amphoteric wetting agent is an alkyl amidopropyl betaine.
