摘要： A cooking appliance (10; 210) comprises an outer frame surface (12; 212) defining a cooktop (14; 214) and the cooktop (14; 214) defines an outlet port (16; 216). An inner frame surface (18; 218) defines a heating cavity (20; 220) disposed below the cooktop (14; 214) and within the outer frame surface (12; 212). The inner frame surface (18; 218) defines an inlet port (22) and a chimney (24; 224) extends between a first end (26; 226) connected to the inlet port (22) and a second end (28; 228) connected to the outlet port (16; 216) for directing steam from the heating cavity (20; 220) outside of the cooking appliance (10; 210). A nozzle apparatus (30; 230) is connected around the outlet port (16; 216) and includes an inner wall (32; 232) defining at least one aperture (34; 234). The at least one aperture (34; 234) is oriented at an acute angle relative to the cooktop (14; 214). The nozzle apparatus (30; 230) includes at least one post (84; 278) for connection to the cooktop (14; 214).
