摘要： A knob assembly (10) for a gas valve (12) of a cooking appliance (14) and a method of assembling (200) said knob assembly (10) is provided. The knob assembly (10) can include a knob (20) configured to engage a valve stem (22) of the gas valve (12) and a lock assembly (88) including a locking element (30) and a locking plate (40). The locking element (30) can include at least one cam element (34a-34d) that can be engaged by at least one projection (44a-44d) carried by the locking plate (40). The locking plate (40) can be configured to rotate relative to the locking element (30) between a first position in which the at least one projection (44a-44d) engages the at least one cam element (34a-34d) and a second position in which the at least one projection (44a-44d) is disengaged from the at least one cam element (34a-34d), and wherein in the first position the at least one cam element (34a-34d) inhibits actuation of the gas valve (12) by the knob (20).

摘要： An oven air circulation apparatus (10) includes a first fan (14a) coupled to at least one motor that rotates about a first rotational axis in a first direction (36a) and a second fan (14b) that rotates about a second rotational axis in a second direction (36b), opposite the first direction (36a). A baffle wall (20) is disposed proximate to the first fan (14a) and the second fan (14b) forming a planar surface arranged substantially perpendicular to the rotational axes of the fans (14). A plurality of first openings (32) formed in the baffle wall (20) are aligned with the first fan (14a). A plurality of second openings (34) are formed in the baffle wall (20) aligned with the second fan (14b). The first and second openings (34) successively increase in proportion radially outward from the first and second axes, respectively.
