摘要： A microwave heating apparatus (100) is disclosed. The heating apparatus (100) comprises a cavity (102) comprising a ceiling (141) and a bottom support plate (112). The heat element (140) is connected proximate the ceiling (141) and extends substantially over a ceiling area formed by the ceiling (141). The crisp plate (110) is disposed in the cavity (102) and vertically spaced from the bottom support plate (112) by a rack.
