The frame comprises a plurality of longitudinal frame members (9, 11, 13), an inner (27) and an outer (29) support, each being connected to the plurality of longitudinal frame members (9, 11, 13), a plurality of diagonal frame members (15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25), extending between the inner (27) and the outer (29) support, wherein at least one (15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25) of the diagonal frame members (15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25) at one end is connected to the inner support (27) and at an opposite end is connected to the outer support (29), wherein said at least one diagonal frame member (15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25) is pre-tensioned between the inner (27) and the outer (29) support by being subject to an internal force in the frame.
