摘要： In a method for supporting a continuous action, the efficiency of support for each actor is increased. First, goal setting information for learning, which is the object of support, is received from the supporter terminal 130 (S201). Next, the learning contents is transmitted to the first learner terminal 111 (S202) and an input regarding the learning contents is received from the first learner terminal 111 (S203). The same is done for the second learner (S204, S205). Next, the supporting apparatus 100 transmits a record acquisition request to the storage apparatus 120 to acquire records of learning results (S206) and receives the records (S207). Based on the acquired records, the supporting apparatus 100 calculates, for each learner, the rate of progress against the cumulative value of the values of the goal per unit period. The apparatus 100 then determines the type of support for each of the actors according to which segment the rate of progress falls in (S208).
