A plurality of sheets provided with one layer of polarizer sheet and at least one layer of other sheet are bonded together by an adhesive or a tackifier to constitute a composite sheet-like item, and at least one layer of the other sheet and the adhesive or the tackifier in the composite sheet-like item has a dimming function.
