摘要： The invention relates to a screw (100), notably for attaching a superstructure to an intra-bone implant, said screw extending along a longitudinal axis (110) and comprising: a. a head (120) comprising a bearing surface (122) able to collaborate with a bearing surface of the superstructure to hold said superstructure in position; b. a thread (130) able to engage with a tapping so that the bearing surfaces of the superstructure and of the screw can be clamped together; c. characterized in that it comprises, between the bearing surface (122) and the thread (130), a portion (140), known as the safety portion, comprising a functional shape (142) known as the driving shape, and a frangible region (143) at the connection between said safety portion (140) and the head (120) of the screw so that the driving shape remains attached to the thread (130) if the frangible zone (143) ruptures.
