摘要: A heat exchange tube (4) is constituted of sheet members not covered with a brazing material layer, and a joint width (4d) where the sheet members are overlapped is brazed with a brazing material. The structure above reduces the possibility of spreading of the brazing material while the heat exchanger tube is being brazed and of dissolution of the tube by erosion. As a result, tube quality, such as corrosion resistance, is prevented from being affected by thinning of a tube material.

摘要: In tubular portions of a tank, slits are formed in each side face of chambers or across all side faces of the chambers. For partition plates that are to be inserted from the slits, groove portions in which the partition plates are fitted are formed by cutting portions to which the partition plates butt. The slits are formed in the chambers at positions relatively shifted from each other in a direction in which tubes are layered. This structure guarantees that, in the tank for a heat exchanger, bypass leakage of a heat exchange medium between sub-chambers is prevented from occurring when the partition plates are inserted in the tank from the slits provided on the tank side faces. Further, the tank can maintain required strength even if the slits are formed in it.

摘要: A connection structure between a heat exchanger tank and a connector, wherein projected parts (34) formed on the outer peripheral edge portion of the tank (2) are engaged with groove parts (36) formed in a brazing filler metal supply member (23) and engaged with at least groove parts (39) formed in the connector (9) to bring the tank (2), the brazing filler metal supply member (23), and the connector (9) into a stably fitted state even before brazing. Thus, a problem with a brazing filler metal supply means can be solved to braze the tank having no brazing filler metal formed on the surface thereof to the connector formed by machining and also a member forming the brazing filler metal supply means can be prevented from falling.

摘要: To prevent the brazing material on the surface of a header pipe from entering the inside of a through hole when a connection block for connection of a liquid tank is brazed in a furnace to the header pipe, pipe-shaped projections are formed on the header pipe connection side of a pair of through holes which are formed in the connection block for connection of the liquid tank and through which the refrigerant enters and exits, the projections are inserted into the holes of the header pipe cladded with brazing material, and it is integrally fused with the capacitor.

摘要: A punch (34) and a dice (35) are inserted for perforation in divided chambers (21, 22), respectively, where the chambers are arranged in parallel along a ventilation direction and the insertion is made from one side of openings open at ends in a length direction of the chambers. A thickness (T1) of a partition portion (20) is thinner than that of conventional partition portions, and, even if a fulcrum and a power point of the punch (34) and the dice (35) are not in the same axis in their operation directions, a mold is able to have higher fatigue strength so as to achieve a planned number of times of use. The thickness of the partition portion (20) is set to between 0.4 mm or more and 1.65 mm or less, which is a range to guarantee the strength of the partition portion to prevent its deformation. This enables that, when communication passages are formed in a post-process in a partition portion of a tank produced by extrusion forming, an optimum thickness of the partition portion to be obtained in order to form the communication passages.

摘要: A flat tube (4) comprises a flat pipe (16) whose both ends are open and in which a flow path for a heat exchange medium is formed, and an inner fin (17) provided in the flow path (15). The flat pipe (16) is formed from a sheet of material for a flat plate. The inner fin (17) comprises two opposing flat plate portions (17b, 17c) connected along one of side edges of the flat pipe (16) and is formed in a flat plate shape so as to be in contact with the inner face of the flat pipe (16), and a projection portion (17d) that projects from at least one of the flat plate portions (17b, 17c) and whose top is in contact with the other opposing flat plate portion. The projection portion (17d) is projected from both flat plate portions (17b, 17c) toward the opposing flat plate portion. Opposing tops may be brought into contact with each other. When the inner fin included in a flat pipe is cut in the width direction together with the flat tube, significant deformation of the inner fin is prevented from occurring.
