By mean of the present invention, the problem in the relevant art that transmission parameters of a data sharing channel in an NB-IOT system cannot be effectively determined is solved. The method effectively improves the performance of HARQ retransmission or repeated transmission under the condition that the compatibility is maintained, and reduces the signaling costs as far as possible.
