The sensor fixing plate has a plurality of upward opening sensor mounting slots, and the carrying pad has a plurality of sensor limiting slots, which can be assembled with the sensor mounting slots to form a plurality of sensor accommodations, and each pressure sensor is accommodated in each sensor accommodations. The upper end of the sensor is in contact with the bottom of the sensor limiting slot, and the lower end is mounted on the track bed through a load transfer column and the base plate. Therefore, it is possible to monitor the pressure under the rail pads in real time through the pressure sensors.
