摘要： The present application provides a video encoding and decoding method, an encoder, a decoder, and a storage medium. The video encoding method comprises: inputting a feature code stream of a current image into a decoding network to obtain first feature information outputted by an ith intermediate layer of the decoding network, i being a positive integer; and inputting the first feature information into a jth intermediate layer of a task analysis network to obtain a task analysis result outputted by the task analysis network, j being a positive integer. In the present application, the feature information outputted by the intermediate layer of the decoding network is inputted into the task analysis network, so that the task analysis network performs task analysis on the basis of the feature information outputted by the decoding network, which saves time and computing resources occupied by task analysis and improves the efficiency of task analysis.
