摘要: A robotic manufacturing system includes a track extending along a length of a component of a partially manufactured item, wherein the component has a non-constant longitudinal shape, the track being supported independently of the partially manufactured item. The system includes a jointed member having an elongated arcuate shape, a mount longitudinally movable along the track and configured to receive the jointed member in an articulating manner, and an end effector movably mounted on the jointed member. The jointed member is movable along a portion of the component length in a radial position sympathetic to the non-constant component longitudinal shape. The jointed member is longitudinally movable relative to the mount along its elongated arcuate shape such that the jointed member will move in an arc spaced from and around an outer component surface. A portion of the end effector is movable along a length of the jointed member.

摘要: In order to increase availability of hydraulic power from different electric power sources, the invention provides an apparatus (22) and a method for hydraulically powering at least one consumer (14) of a hydraulic system (12) of an aircraft (10), the hydraulic system (12) comprising:
a first electrical power source (A) and a first electrically driven motor pump (MPU1) electrically powered by the first electrical power source (A),
a second electrical power source (B) and a second electrically driven motor pump (MPU2) electrically powered by the second electrical power source (B),
and a hydraulic power generation control (26) which controls a supply of electrical energy from the first and second electrical power sources (A, B) to the first and second motor pumps (MPU1, MPU2). The invention proposes to determine the actual available electrical power (APA, APB) of each of the first and second electrical power sources (A, B) and to set a load factor (UPA, UPB) of each motor pump (MPU1, MPU2) in order to share a load to generate hydraulic power demanded from the at least one consumer (14) between the first and second motor pumps (MPU1, MPU2), wherein each load factor is set depending from the actual available electrical power (APA, APB).-

The method then comprises continuously transporting (105), via a pump (13), the processing medium (19), during a processing time, from the processing medium reservoir (11) into the processing container (12), wherein the processing medium (19) enters the processing container (12) via an inlet opening (16) and exits the processing container (12) by overflowing via an outlet opening (17), such that a fixed processing medium level (22) is present within the processing container (12) during the processing cycle, and removing (107) the processing medium (19) from the processing container (12) back into the processing medium reservoir (11) via the inlet opening (16) when the processing time is reached. The automatic processing process may, e.g., be a tempering process, or a galvanization process, or another process for treating a subject material (200) with a processing medium.
