摘要: A joint (40) for connecting a center wing box (20) to a bulkhead (30) of an aircraft (100). The joint (40) includes a flex angle member (50, 85) with a first section (51, 87, 91) shaped to abut against and be connected to the center wing box (20), a second section (52) shaped to abut against and be connected to a first side of the deck of the bulkhead (30), and an intermediate rounded corner (38, 53) positioned between the first and second sections. First support members (70) are attached to the center wing box (20) at first pins (62, 72) and support a first side of the second section of the flex angle member (50, 85). Second support members (60) are attached to the web (33) of the bulkhead (30) at second pins (62, 72) and support a second side of the second section of the flex angle member (50, 85). The first support members (70) are positioned on a first side of the deck of the bulkhead (30) and the second support members (60) are positioned on an opposing second side of the deck.

摘要: The present invention provides a rear pressure bulkhead comprising a dome-shaped structure (1.1), and a set of built-in extension components (1.2) ("petals") homogeneously distributed along the periphery of said dome-shaped structure (1.1), so that the dome-shaped structure (1.1) is secured to a frame of the aircraft (2.1), whilst the extension components (1.2) are secured to longitudinal structures (3) of the aircraft. The invention further provides an aircraft rear fuselage comprising such rear pressure bulkhead so that the available cabin space, i.e. pressurized space, can be extended without enlarging the fuselage.
