摘要： According to the present invention there is provided a catch device (21) for use in controlling the movement of a closure, the device comprising: first and second magnetic elements (5, 6) spaced apart from each other; and a movable element (9) such as a keeper element, preferably arranged relative to the magnetic elements, the movable element being movable between first and second holding positions wherein in the first holding position the movable element (9) is held by a magnetic force of the first magnetic element (5) and in the second holding position the movable element (9) is held by a magnetic force of the second magnetic element (6); and means (12) for releasing the movable element from one of the holding positions, the released movable element moving to the other holding position, the device being such that the movement of the closure can be controlled in dependence on the position of the movable element.

摘要： A control unit (1200) is disclosed for controlling an actuating means, wherein the control unit (1200) comprises a sensor (104) for sensing from the ambient medium an alarm signal transmitted into the ambient medium, and means (1204) coupled to the sensor for transmitting a signal to the actuating means in response to the alarm signal to actuate the actuating means; further comprising a timing control unit (1210) coupled to the transmitting means (1204) for outputting a timing control signal to the transmitting means for transmission to the actuating means to actuate the actuating means (1000). Also disclosed is an actuating means adapted to be controlled by a timing control signal from a control unit via the ambient medium.
