    摘要: A simple highly accurate method of assaying a drug capable of changing a mitochondrial membrane potential, in which the mitochondrial membrane potential of cultured cells is used as an index. There is provided a method comprising measuring, as a change of fluorescence intensity of fluorescent dye, any change of mitochondrial membrane potential brought about by adding a regulating agent for ion permeation on cell membrane to a cell culture solution in the presence of an analyte and assaying the mitochondrial membrane potential changing capability of the analyte with the use of the measured change of mitochondrial membrane potential as an index.
