The invention relates to a method for producing a reinforced concrete part (1), having a tensioned portion subjected to pull stresses and tending to stretch under the load, and which comprises a reinforcing frame (2) with at least one tensioned longitudinal bar (21) rigidly connected to the concrete by an adhesive connection that determines a tangential adhesive stress along said bar that varies on the basis of applied pull stresses. According to the invention, each tensioned longitudinal bar (21) has, on at least one portion of the length thereof, a discontinuous series of spaced blocking areas (25) that each comprise a plurality of means (23) for anchoring into the concrete and which are separated from each other by a series of sliding areas (26), in each of which an increase in the adhesion stress above a limit value causes the bar to disengage, without disrupting the concrete, on at least a portion (27) of the length between the two blocking areas (25a), (25’a) with an extension of the bar corresponding to applied pull stresses, said extension being distributed over the entire length of the disengaged portion (27) of the bar (21). The invention also covers the thus-produced parts and the reinforcing bars for implementing the method, comprising an alternating series of blocking areas and sliding areas.

The invention concerns a tank for a fluid product, having a bottom (4) and a resistant side wall (10) consisting of juxtaposed prefabricated panels (1) each comprising a wall element (2) covered, on its inner surface (22), with a continuous sealing sheet (3) extended by three parts (33, 33", 34) which cover respectively the lateral sides (23, 23") and the lower side (24) of the wall element (2) and overlap on the outside of the wall (10). Said wall is set on a slab (4) covered with sealing sheets (42) and the adjacent overlapping parts of the sealing sheets (3, 42) covering the assembly of panels (1) and the bottom (4) are tightly linked together. Such a tank which is easy to construct and maintain, can contain drinking water or a polluting product.
