Additionally or alternatively the distance between a feeding trough and a bottom portion is adjustable. An assembly of such a device and a bottom portion, the bottom portion being provided with means for adjusting the orientation of the bottom portion relative to the bottom, and with means for locking the bottom portion in an adjusted position. Alternatively or additionally the bottom portion is located above the bottom. Additionally or alternatively the bottom portion slopes obliquely downwards away from the device.
