Zum Anziehen der Ski sind aber vielfach Schritte im Schnee erforderlich, bei denen sich diese Rille (3) zusetzt, was das korrekte Einrasten des Schuhs (1) in die Bindung erschwert.
    Um dies zu verhindern wird ein Einsatz (5) für die Rille (3) vorgeschlagen, auf dem man gut laufen kann und der erst unmittelbar vor Einrasten in die Ski (von einem Fuß vor dem Anderen) abgezogen wird.
    Dieser Einsatz (5), vorzugsweise aus flexiblem Kunststoff, wird dann als Spannband über dem Schaft des Schuhes (1) gezogen.

The three quarters length may extend form from the back of the heel to the metatarsal heads. The support component may be constructed from any of a group of materials including polyethylene, polypropylene and polypropylene incorporating glass or silica.

    摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to the construction of a shoe that is comprised of a disengageable-heel portion that may be disengaged from an upper. Disengagement of the heel portion from the upper allows the heel portion to fold away from the upper, which exposes a heel-end opening that a foot may pass through to gain entry to the interior of the shoe. Additionally, a stretchable lacing material may be utilized to allow the shoe to absorb energy exerted on to it by a wearer of the shoe without disengaging the heel portion from the upper.

The padded shoe may have a flexible, resilient sole; a shoe upper adjoined to the sole, wherein at least a portion of the shoe upper has padding disposed therein; an inner padded tongue attached to the shoe upper; an outer padded tongue attached to the shoe upper; and an engagement structure for securing the outer padded tongue to the shoe upper, the engagement structure being located substantially under the outer padded tongue such that the outer padded tongue substantially covers the engagement structure. The wearer can strike a target with the shoe, and the target and the wearer are protected from injury caused by direct impact with at least one of the engagement structure and the wearer's instep. A bladder containing air or a gel- like material can be included in at least one of the inner and outer padded tongues.

The shoe with elasticity, comprising a sole serving as a bottom of a shoe, an upper combined with edges of the sole for covering a top and sides of a user's foot when a user wears the shoe, an elastic member coupled to the counter of the upper for covering the heel of the user's foot, a support, extending backward from the counter of the upper of the shoe and combined with a lower end portion of the elastic member, for supporting the heel of a user, and a fixing member having a first end fixed to one side of the upper and a second end detachably attached to the other side of the upper, for surrounding the exterior of the elastic member and fixing the user's foot in the shoe. Accordingly, a user can easily put on and take off the shoe with elasticity according to the present invention, so that weak and old people and handicapped people can comfortably walk when wearing the shoe.
