The pump is connected to the motor so as to feed the dye from the container attached to the body to the respective comb of the comb assembly with an enforced and uniform flow. The piping member is disposed at a flow path between the pump and the comb assembly so as to maintain a uniform flow of dye through the conduits of the comb assembly.
