A lifting mechanism 60 for lifting up and down the sleeve and the stick-type cosmetic preparation is realized by simple projection-recess engagement of the constituents of the case and groove structures for guiding the engaged elements. This enables a predetermined section including the stick-type cosmetic preparation to be readily attached to and detached from the main body of the case.

摘要： A cosmetics container (10) is adapted for one hand operation. The body (12) of the container (10) defines a reservoir (14) with cosmetics therein and further defines a passage (24) from the reservoir (14) and container (10). A drive assembly including a knob (26) on the exterior of the container (10) adapted for one hand manipulation slides a drive belt (22) having one end connected to the applicator (18) in the reservoir (14) and the other end connected to a cover (23). Operation of the knob (26) in a first direction simultaneously withdraws the cover (23) and propels the applicator (18) from the reservoir (14). An umbrella pump (30) is mounted with the applicator (18) and lifts cosmetics to a loading zone adjacent the wiper (16), and carries cosmetics from the walls of the container (10) to a pump zone lower end of the container (10).

摘要： A rod-like cosmetic container from which a rod-like cosmetic such as a lipstick is projectable and into which retractable and a cartridge used for such a rod-like cosmetic container. Conventional rod-like cosmetic contains of one-touch type capable of projecting the cosmetic therefrom are large, and the cosmetic is likely to be damaged inside the container. Further, because the structure is complicated, fitting and removal of the cosmetic is not easy, and the containers are discarded after use. Therefore, the rod-like cosmetic of the invention is accommodated inside a sleeve moving up and down inside a main body so as to protect the rod-like cosmetic when the cosmetic is projected and while the container with the cosmetic is carried. The sleeve moves up ahead of the rod-like cosmetic and pushes and opens the cap, and the rod-like cosmetic is then projected. Therefore, the rod-like cosmetic is projected by one-touch operation without increasing the size of the container. Because the elevation mechanism of the sleeve and the rod-like cosmetic is accomplished by simple engagement relations between the members constituting the rod-like cosmetic container on the basis of recess-and-projection fitting and a groove structure for guiding the movement of these engagement portions, predetermined members inclusive of the rod-like cosmetic can be easily fitted to and removed from the container.
