    摘要： A coffee-making apparatus has a brew-water chamber (2) and a boiling-water cooling chamber (8). A pressure valve (20), openable in use at a threshold pressure in the brew-water chamber, allows brew water to flow from the brew-water chamber through a conduit (16), in which the water is cooled by heat flow to boiling water in the boiling-water cooling chamber. A coffee-filter apparatus is additionally provided, comprising a container having a perforated outlet-wall, and a perforated filter plate positionable in the container to retain, in use, a source of coffee in the container. Coffee is made by directing the water from the conduit through the source of coffee and then through the perforated outlet-wall of the container into a coffee receptacle.

    摘要： An apparatus for preparing infusions of medicinal herbs and roots and tisanes in general, constituted by an outer cylindrical container (1) which has a closed bottom (1a) and a base (2) made of non-stick radiating material, to be placed on a direct heat source, by a further cylindrical container, which is constituted by two containment bodies (4, 5) arranged so that their bottoms are mutually opposite and mutually anchored and can be inserted in the outer container with a small interspace between them, and by a closure lid (9) which can be anchored in the upper mouth of the outer container. A leaf spring (11) made of spring steel is anchored under the lid and allows, when the lid is closed, a protrusion which protrudes from the lid to apply pressure to the upper edge of the single inner container so as to assuredly seal the open lower mouth of the inner containment body against the bottom of the outer one, so that after introducing the herbs and water in the lower part of the inner container and after heating the apparatus, the liquid is allowed to generate a pressure which can produce a yielding of the leaf spring, allowing the escape only of the liquid fraction and its rise, through the interspace, until it pours into the upper part of the inner container.

    摘要： The apparatus (1) for preparing coffee extract having a small-bubbled foam layer comprises at least one inlet (4) for coffee extract and one outflow opening (6.1,6.2) for discharging coffee extract having a small-bubbled foam layer. The inlet is provided with at least one spout opening (8.1,8.2) for generating a coffee extract jet when coffee extract is fed to the inlet. In the liquid flow path extending between the inlet and the outflow opening, a buffer reservoir (10) is incorporated, spaced from the spout opening (8) and the outflow opening (6), the buffer reservoir being positioned such that, in use, the coffee extract jet from the outlet spouts (8) into a liquid surface of coffee extract already received in the buffer reservoir (10). This creates small bubbles in the coffee extract.
